Terms and Conditions of Sale

Returns

Our custom made clothing is usually made to your order, with a design and sizing that is chosen by you. Please choose your sizing and style carefully as once we have started making your custom product, it will not be resellable and we will therefore be unable to accept a return.

Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, our goal is to get it processed as fast as possible. If you need to cancel your purchase, give us a call or send us an email within 24 hours and we will see what we can do! If we have not started to make your order, we will cancel it and arrange a refund. Once we have started making your custom product, we will be unable to cancel your order.

We are proud of our product quality – in the unlikely case that your product is defective in materials or workmanship, please return it to us and we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate. This doesn’t include damage from accidents, wear & tear or for use of the product in a way that it wasn’t designed for. 

Dispatch & Delivery

Delivery times are shown in the list below.

Note that for custom clothing made in batches, there will also be a production lead time, maximum of 14 working days.

  • New Zealand urban addresses – by overnight parcel-tracked courier.
  • New Zealand rural addresses – by New Zealand Post, 1-5 working days.
  • New Zealand PO Boxes – by New Zealand Post, 1-3 working days.
  • International addresses – by tracked courier, usually 5-15 working days.

 

Design & Print

Computer screens can't accurately reproduce colours as printed on fabric. Colours on this web site are indicative only. The Ultimo logo will be included in the print design of items ordered on this web site.

Online order placement

Products listed on this website are shown as an invitation to treat - by completing your order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to not fulfil an order if the product or (any of it's characteristics including availabaility or price) has been offered in error.
